By installing and using the StockPilot application ("App") provided by Emrullah Ayaz (Legal Business Name: Emrullah Ayaz), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for managing your Shopify store automation rules. You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, or modify any portion of the App.
StockPilot monitors your store's inventory and integrates with third-party networks (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Slack) based on rules you configure. You acknowledge that rules and limits (e.g. max active rules) depend on your subscribed plan. We do not guarantee 100% real-time execution in the event of API outages from Shopify, Google, Meta, or Slack.
The App interacts with external platforms. Your use of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Slack is governed by their respective terms of service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your integrations comply with all third-party advertising policies.
All subscription plans are billed in accordance with Shopify App Store billing cycles. Trials and billing charges are managed securely through Shopify Billing API. You can switch plans or cancel at any time directly through your Shopify Admin panel.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, ad spend waste, or data loss resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
