When you install the App, we automatically access certain types of information from your Shopify account using Shopify's API:

  • Shop Metadata: We collect details about your shop, including your store domain, timezone, local currency, and active plans.
  • Inventory & Products: We access product titles, variant details, and inventory stock levels to evaluate your custom threshold rules.
  • Third-Party Integrations: If you connect Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Slack, we securely store the authentication tokens (OAuth access tokens) and campaign/webhook identifiers required to run your automation.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to provide, operate, and maintain the App's automation features, including:

  • Monitoring stock levels and comparing them against your active threshold rules.
  • Sending automated alert notifications via Slack or Email when rules are triggered.
  • Pausing or resuming Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for out-of-stock products as configured by you.
  • Communicating with you regarding billing, account setups, or critical updates.

4. Data Retention and Security

We value the security of your data. We implement industry-standard encryption and security controls to safeguard your tokens and store records. We retain your information for as long as you maintain the App installed on your Shopify store. If you uninstall the App, we will purge all related database records and OAuth credentials in accordance with Shopify's mandatory data protection directives.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or store information with third parties. We only share information with third-party service providers (specifically Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Slack) directly to the extent necessary to perform the campaign actions and webhook alerts you have explicitly enabled.
