DraftLaunch is a solo MVP development service run by Emrullah Ayaz. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit draftlaunch.dev or submit an application, and how we use it.

When you fill out the application form, we collect:

• Any other details you voluntarily share in the form

We do not collect payment information directly — payments are handled by a third-party processor (e.g. Stripe) with their own privacy policy.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Review your project application
• Get in touch with you about your submission
• Answer any questions you have before we start working together

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third parties.

Project confidentiality

We understand that your idea is valuable. Any project details you share during the application or onboarding process are treated as confidential. We will not disclose your concept, business model, or any related details to outside parties.

If you require a formal NDA before sharing sensitive information, we are happy to sign one.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use basic analytics tools (such as Vercel Analytics or Plausible) to understand how visitors interact with the site. These tools collect anonymized, aggregate data only — no personally identifiable information is tracked.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

Data retention

If your application is not accepted or you do not proceed with a project, we will delete your submitted information within 90 days. If we work together, project-related communications are retained for the duration of our engagement and up to 1 year after completion.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
