Data Deletion Instructions

1. Overview

StockPilot values your privacy and control over your store's database information. In compliance with Shopify App Store terms and data protection regulations (including GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your data from our systems at any time.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

To permanently delete your Shopify store credentials, active rules, logs, email groups, and connected marketing integration access tokens (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Slack webhooks), please submit a data deletion request by contacting us directly:

3. Processing Time & Scope

Once we receive your email request, our support team will verify your store ownership and delete all database entries associated with your Shopify domain within 48 hours. Upon completion:

• All Shopify API tokens (both offline access tokens and active session states) will be permanently revoked.
• All connected integration data (Google Ads OAuth credentials, Meta Ads campaign maps, and Slack access tokens) will be purged.
• Your configured threshold rules, email lists, and historical action log indexes will be permanently deleted.

4. Automatic Deletion (App Uninstall)

Please note that when you uninstall the StockPilot App from your Shopify Store, Shopify automatically triggers a GDPR data erasure webhook callback to our servers. Our system processes this webhook and performs the same permanent data deletion scope automatically, without requiring you to send a manual email request.
